Privacy

Privacy policy

OnTimeStats is a free reference site built on public data. We keep this simple: there are no accounts, and we never ask you for personal information. This page explains what happens when you visit and the third-party services that help run the site.

What we collect

We don't ask you for personal data

There are no accounts, sign-ups, or newsletters on OnTimeStats. We do not collect your name, email address, or payment details, because we never ask for them. The flight data on this site comes from public U.S. government records and contains nothing about you.

Analytics

Privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how much traffic the site gets. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it sets no tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you across other sites. What we see is aggregate — page views and general traffic, not individuals.

Advertising

Google AdSense and cookies

We show ads through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, sometimes based on your visits to this and other websites. We do not control those cookies and do not receive the personal data they may process.

You can turn off personalized advertising in your Google Ads Settings, and review or opt out of many third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. How Google uses data from sites that use its services is described in Google’s policy. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), you are asked to make a consent choice before personalized ads are shown.

Affiliate links

Some outbound travel links earn a commission

A few links to travel partners (for booking, insurance, or cards) are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links may carry a non-identifying tag noting which page the click came from, so we can see which content is useful — it does not identify you.

Cookies & storage

What is stored in your browser

We do not set our own tracking cookies. The only thing OnTimeStats stores in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, kept in local storage on your device so the site remembers it — it is never sent to us or shared. The third-party services above (Google) may set their own cookies, which you control through your browser and the opt-out links above.

Your choices

Controlling your data

Children

Not directed at children

This is general-audience reference content, not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.

Changes

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes — for example when we add or change a service. The date at the top shows the latest version.
